HTC Vivid Android OS v2.3.4 Gingerbread

HTC Vivid formerly known as the HTC Raider will be one phone HTCAndroid platform which is expandable to 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwichwith the other HTC phones like HTC Sensation, HTC EVO 3D, HTC4G Amaze and others. Debut Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich will be available through Vivid HTC will be released early next year.Taiwanese vendors has become the second vendor to try outAndroid 4.0 after Samsung Nexus, which was launched in November.

Main Disadvantages:
  • Screen performance is not on par with the best offerings
  • At 177 grams, the device is downright heavy
  • The glossy finish plastic is fingerprint and dust magnet; especially on the black version
  • No dedicated camera button
