As a manufacturer previously announced it is now Arc S, Neo V and Ray who are the first models out when upgrades to Android 4.0 starts. The three phone models are available in many different designs that will get the update at different times, among other things, depending on which country the phone is bought in, and if it is specific to a particular operator.
In a post on Sony Mobile's forum you can see which versions will be upgraded now, in the first round. To find out if their phone can be upgraded now you can open the back and see that the SI number on the battery and compare with the list of the post. Or you can connect your phone to your PC and start the PC Companion or Bridge (if you have a mac) and see if an update is available to download.
